CNC Maintenance Technician | Manufacturing Industry

? Location: Gummidipoondi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

? Experience: 2+ Years - 6 yrs Maximum

? CTC: ₹4 LPA - 5 LPA

? Take-Home: ₹35,000- 40000 per month

? Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in CNC equipment.
- Diagnose issues in motors, drives, sensors, control panels and CNC systems.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and coolant systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Handle installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce machine downtime.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.




- Follow safety procedures and TPM practices.
