Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turning, VMC, HMC, or other CNC machines as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and machining specifications.

- Perform machine setup, tool loading, tool changes, and workpiece loading/unloading.

- Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, cutting parameters, feed rate, and spindle speed.

- Load and execute CNC programs using G-code and M-code.

- Perform program proving, dry runs, and single-block operations before production.

- Monitor machine operation and identify abnormalities such as tool wear, vibration, dimensional variation, or machine alarms.

- Carry out in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.





- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

- Make necessary offset corrections to maintain component quality.

- Follow production targets, cycle times, and quality requirements.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.

- Follow 5S, PPE, safety procedures, and company quality standards.

- Record production quantities, rejection/rework details, inspection results, and machine issues.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams to resolve problems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
