Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Production / Metrology or related field

Location: Coimbatore (Malumichampatti)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CMM Inspector with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in CMM inspection, specifically with ZEISS CMM machines and CONTURA CMM systems. The candidate will be responsible for dimensional inspection, programming/operation, measurement analysis, and ensuring components meet drawing and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate ZEISS CONTURA CMM for dimensional inspection of precision components.
- Perform CMM inspection and measurement as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;,



and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and layout inspections using CMM.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in CMM inspection.
- Mandatory experience with ZEISS CMM / ZEISS CONTURA.
- Good knowledge of CMM operation and dimensional measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of ZEISS CMM software / CALYPSO is preferred.
