Coremile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cluster QC Manager to manage Quality Control operations across 10 dark stores in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end QC operations across multiple locations
- Ensure product quality, food safety & cold-chain compliance
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO and expiry management
- Conduct quality audits and implement CAPA
- Track quality metrics and resolve customer quality escalations
- Train store teams on quality standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in QC/QA, Operations or Compliance
- Experience in e-commerce/quick-commerce preferred
- Multi-site management experience is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and cold-chain logistics
