Title: Cluster Operations Head Wiring Harness

Key Responsibilities
- Production Management
- Oversee end-to-end wiring harness manufacturing across assigned plants.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with high OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Drive manpower allocation, shift planning, and throughput efficiency.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to meet automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Drive First Pass Yield (FPY) improvements and reduce defect/return rates.
- Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and corrective actions.
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement for timely component availability.
- Manage inventory accuracy, WIP control, and vendor quality issues.
- Lean Manufacturing
- Apply Kaizen, Six Sigma, and cycle time reduction initiatives.
- Optimize material flow and reduce wastage.
- Team Leadership
- Lead 400–600 operators, supervisors,
and engineers across clusters.
- Conduct skill development, cross-training, and safety compliance programs.
- Foster discipline, motivation, and a positive shop-floor culture.

- Robust knowledge of wiring harness processes (cutting, crimping, assembly, testing).
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Productivity Improvement.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and operational metrics for decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and automotive standards.
- Proven track record in multi-site operations leadership.
