About the Role

Neuromancer Technologies is looking for a visionary Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer to help shape the company's technology, product and innovation strategy.

This is an executive-level role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, product development, research, business strategy and emerging markets .

As Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer, you will work closely with the leadership team to identify emerging opportunities, transform ideas into products, build strategic initiatives and establish a culture of continuous experimentation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the company's innovation and technology strategy .
- Research emerging technologies, AI capabilities and new business opportunities.
- Identify problems that can be transformed into scalable technology products.
- Lead the ideation, prototyping and validation of new products and solutions.
- Work with engineering and product teams to move concepts from idea → prototype → product .
- Evaluate AI, automation, cloud, data and other emerging technologies for practical applications.
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology companies, researchers, startups and other organizations.
- Establish frameworks for experimentation, product discovery and innovation management.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging technological disruptions.
- Contribute to business strategy, product positioning and long-term organizational planning.
- Represent Neuromancer Technologies in conversations with clients, partners, investors and technology communities.
- Help build a high-performance culture focused on learning,



experimentation and execution .

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work across technology, product, business and operations.
- Comfort with experimentation, rapid prototyping and continuous learning.
- Solid ownership and the ability to make decisions independently.

What You Will Build The role is not limited to managing an existing innovation function. You will help create the function itself .
