Role Summary: The Cluster Manager will lead CSR fundraising and corporate partnership activities; driving revenue , managing a team of Assistant Cluster Managers and developing relationships with corporates, PSUs, foundations and government stakeholders. Own fundraising targets for the cluster.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate CSR funding from corporates, PSUs, trusts and foundations; build relationships with CSR heads, CXOs/HR leaders.
- Own and deliver cluster-level targets, drive partnership closures.
- Manage strategic accounts and represent the organization at CSR forums and networking events.
- Lead & mentor the team, drive performance reviews & coaching.
- Track pipeline, forecasting and conversion metrics.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, proposal quality and compliance.





Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Business Development) preferred, or
- BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising background is a solid plus.
- Atleast 5 years of hands-on CSR fundraising / corporate partnerships experience, must have personally raised funds from corporates, PSUs, trusts or foundations
- Track record of closing corporate/CSR partnerships and owning fundraising targets.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team (Assistant Cluster Managers / BD executives)
- During the first 6 months (probation), employees should bring their own laptop.
