We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to drive B2C business development, franchise expansion, and investor acquisition across an assigned cluster in Assam & Northeast India.

The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring franchise partners and investors, driving market penetration, and ensuring the performance and success of the assigned cluster. The Cluster Manager will work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to deliver sustainable revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2C business development and market expansion across the assigned cluster.
- Identify and engage with potential investors and franchise partners to support regional expansion.
- Generate, qualify, and convert franchise leads through effective prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, including partner identification, commercial discussions, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with investors, franchisees, business partners, and key local stakeholders.
- Develop and execute cluster-level market penetration plans to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and expansion targets.
- Identify new markets, locations, and business opportunities within the assigned cluster.
- Monitor franchise and partner performance and work with stakeholders to address performance gaps and improve business outcomes.
- Support franchise partners with market development, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth franchise/investor onboarding and ongoing support.
- Track sales pipelines, franchise conversions, revenue performance, and key business-development metrics.




- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, franchise performance, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization at regional events, investor meets, exhibitions, networking forums, and business community engagements.
- Develop and maintain a strong local network of entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all franchise and investor engagements are aligned with the organization's commercial, operational, and brand objectives.

- Strong understanding of the local market and business environment in Assam/Northeast India will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to identify prospects, build relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver against aggressive targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and growth orientation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
