Role Description

As a Cloud Consultant intern at CoEdge™, you will support customer-facing and internal teams in designing and optimizing cloud solutions on CoEdge’s hyperscaler-grade infrastructure. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in assessing client requirements, contributing to solution architectures, and helping integrate applications and workloads into CoEdge’s cloud environment. You will collaborate with engineering and platform teams to document best practices, troubleshoot deployment issues, and prepare technical proposals and presentations.

This is an internship role based in Pune in a hybrid arrangement,



where regular in office collaboration is expected and some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

- Consulting and client engagement skills to understand requirements, communicate solutions clearly, and support implementation discussions.
- Infrastructure knowledge covering cloud platforms, networking basics, virtualization, and scalability concepts.
- Software development skills, preferably in languages commonly used for cloud-native applications (such as Python, Go, or Java), and familiarity with APIs.
- Integration capabilities, including working with RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, and connecting disparate systems and data sources.
- Solution architecture foundations, such as designing secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of containers, microservices, and modern DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
