Role: BaNCS Cloud Architect

Required Technical Skill Set

- Working knowledge with(Not As) product team & development team and providing solution in cloud for matching their application design.
- Experience in Designing Accounts & Tenants in AWS & Azure And marching the work in progress setup from base deployment to best practice applied and production ready including lower Lifecyle environments.
- Expertise in designing Kubernetes, OpenShift on AWS & Azure.
- Experience in assessing expectations and needs from client/product/development team and providing pointed solution for the need.
- Experience in Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture.
- Having ability to Establish cloud governance, landing zones, guardrails, and best practices.
- Having ability to Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and as well as review existing HLD & LLD for improvements.
- Experience in Reviewing solution architectures for pre-sales cycle.
- Experience Deigning elements in AWS with VPC, Transit Gateway ,EC2, Auto Scaling ,S3, EFS , RDS, DynamoDB , IAM, ECS/EKS , Lambda , CloudWatch, Route 53. Firewall & WAF , gateway and load balancer.
- Experience Deigning elements in Azure with Azure AD / Entra ID , Virtual Networks, Azure Storage , AKS , Azure Functions ,Azure Monitor. Firewall & WAF and gateway and load balancer.




- Experience providing Cost Optimization Recommendations in cloud.
- Experience on DevSecOps Practices

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
- Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
- Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
- Provide review on critical dependencies on the program
- Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders.
