NovoBliss Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support clinical research activities and ensure smooth coordination of clinical trials.

The ideal candidate should have a background in B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or B.Tech and should have Gujarati as their primary language with valuable communication skills.Key Responsibilities

- Assist the clinical research team in coordinating and managing clinical trial activities.
- Maintain and organize essential clinical trial documents and records.
- Support Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), and project teams with trial-related activities.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining study documentation.
- Support data collection, tracking, and follow-up activities.




- Maintain trackers, logs, and study-related databases.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and study-related activities.
- Follow clinical trial protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and company procedures.
- Ensure timely completion and filing of study documents.
- Communicate with study participants/sites when required under appropriate supervision.
- Perform other clinical research and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing Gujarati.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
