Role Description The Clinical Research Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and practical sessions on clinical research topics, ensuring that course content aligns with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Daily activities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures and workshops, guiding learners through case studies and research protocols, and assessing student performance. The role involves mentoring students, providing feedback on assignments, and supporting them in developing qualified skills for clinical research and related domains.



The trainer will collaborate with the placement team to align training outcomes with employer expectations and may contribute to curriculum updates and training materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Clinical Education and Training skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Candidates should have a solid foundation in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine or related clinical disciplines, enabling clear explanation of clinical concepts.
- Candidates should demonstrate Research skills, including understanding of clinical research processes, study design, protocols, and basic data interpretation.
- Relevant degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced qualifications in clinical research or medical coding are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or mentor in clinical research or healthcare education is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple batches, maintaining training records, and coordinating with the placement team.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, GCP, and ethical standards in clinical research is preferred.
