Role Description The Clinical Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with diverse conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, women’s health, geriatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, designing individualized treatment and exercise plans, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, and monitoring patient progress to adjust care plans as needed.

The role involves explicit documentation, communication with referring medical professionals, and educating patients and families on recovery, prevention, and home-care strategies.

The Clinical

Physiotherapist will contribute to a holistic, patient-centered care environment,

Qualifications

- Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, women’s health, geriatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, and evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to deliver clear patient education, including home exercise programs, lifestyle modification guidance, and relapse prevention strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Competence in clinical documentation, maintaining accurate medical records, and using digital tools or clinic management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and a transparent, trust-based care approach.
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, case discussions, and training in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
- Prior experience in clinical physiotherapy in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred; fresh graduates with strong clinical internships may also be considered.
