We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinic Manager who can seamlessly balance patient counseling with lead management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients, improving conversions, and ensuring a smooth and professional clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients for skin and hair treatments based on their concerns and needs
- Convert inquiries and leads into consultations and treatment bookings
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate effectively with doctors and clinic staff
- Ensure a seamless patient journey from initial inquiry to post-consultation follow-up




- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and overall clinic experience

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in patient counseling within a dermatology or cosmetology clinic
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conversion skills
- Experience in handling leads, calls, and patient coordination
- Basic understanding of skin and hair treatments
- Presentable, empathetic, and patient-centric approach

Valuable to Have:

- Prior sales or conversion experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinics
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
