Job Summary

Dr Aravind's IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive / Receptionist to support daily reception activities and assist patients throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
- Manage day-to-day reception and front desk activities.
- Assist with patient registration and appointment coordination.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Respond to general patient enquiries courteously.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
- Guide patients regarding consultation timings and clinic procedures.
- Maintain front office records and routine documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, and other departments.
- Support smooth patient movement within the clinic.
- Handle routine administrative activities as required.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.




- Follow clinic procedures and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Required Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and professional personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good spoken English.
- Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.

Eligibility
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, IVF centres, healthcare, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
