As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their financial accounts and services.
- Providing product and service information to clients and addressing any questions or issues they may have.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Processing client transactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting our clients.
