We are looking for a Client Servicing / Account Management professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing active client accounts and coordinating campaigns throughout the complete campaign lifecycle.

The position is primarily focused on client servicing, campaign management, troubleshooting, analytics, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with active clients.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the complete campaign lifecycle.
- Handle campaign activation, campaign management, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor campaign progress and coordinate for timely execution.
- Prepare and analyze post-campaign performance reports.
- Share campaign insights and analytical observations with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Manage multiple campaigns and client requirements simultaneously.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Advertising / Digital Advertising / Ad Agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of digital campaigns and campaign performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
