Position : Client Servicing Associate / Executive

Experience: 1–4 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to join our Client Servicing team for wedding events. The role involves handling clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the team, and making sure the event is executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting senior team and understand the client's wedding requirements.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams whenever required.
- Share updates and make sure client requirements are communicated properly.
- Maintain event details, timelines, and checklists.
- Assist in planning and coordinating wedding functions.
- Coordinate with the décor, production, design, hospitality, and other teams.
- Be present at events and help with on-ground coordination when required.




- Handle client queries and resolve basic issues with the support of the team.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients throughout the event.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on events.
- Previous experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or client servicing is required

Who Can Apply:

- Junior: Candidates with 1 year of experience.
- Executive: Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, events, weddings, hospitality, or a similar field.

Salary: ₹As per eligibiltiy IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED

SHOULD HAVE FULL TIME EXPERIENCE OF WEDDING EVENTS INDUSTRY.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
