We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Manager to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects from enquiry to completion.

Position: Client Services Manager

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Department: Client Services / Operations

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Maintain strong and qualified relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Operations, Installation, and QC teams.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and project status.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
- Address and resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, installations, and project schedules.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and project details.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Support the team in achieving client service and business targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; engineering background is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or project coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi fluency is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks.
- Willingness to travel for client/site visits when required.
- Experience in interior, construction, lighting, or related industries will be an advantage.
