About the Role
We are hiring 150 Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an NGO Calling Process in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the NGO calling process
- Communicate professionally with donors and contacts
- Build positive relationships and encourage engagement
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets and quality standards
- Represent the organization professionally on every call
Eligibility & Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome
- No prior calling or BPO experience required
- Good verbal communication skills
- Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
