What You'll Do

- Connect with potential customers regarding their travel enquiries and requirements.
- Follow up with existing leads and ensure timely communication.
- Understand customer preferences and coordinate with the relevant travel team.
- Keep track of leads, enquiries, and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Share travel information, offers, and basic package details with clients.
- Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.




- Coordinate internally to ensure enquiries are handled smoothly.
- Update daily follow-up and lead records.

What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Ability to follow up consistently without losing track of leads.
- A customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
