Job Summary

We are looking for an executive AI applications specialist (Claude) who will support the organization in adopting and integrating Generative AI technologies, particularly Claude AI, into business operations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making across departments. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude and ChatGPT, along with strong Python skills and experience in API-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. AI Implementation & Integration

• Assist in the organization-wide implementation of Claude AI and related LLM tools.
- Support integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems, workflows, and applications.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement API-based AI solutions using

Claude and OpenAI platforms.
1. Proof of Concept (POC) Development

• Work with different business departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Build prototypes and POCs to demonstrate practical AI applications in business processes.
- Evaluate feasibility, scalability, and impact of proposed AI solutions.

1. Technical Development Support

• Use Python for scripting, automation,



and integration tasks related to AI models.
- Support prompt engineering and optimization for better LLM performance.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and refining AI-based applications.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical AI workflows and implementations.
- Support deployment and pilot testing of AI solutions.

1. AI Model Understanding & Monitoring

• Maintain hands-on understanding of LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Stay updated on model capabilities, limitations, and enterprise use cases.
- Monitor emerging AI tools and suggest improvements in AI adoption strategy.

1. Industry Exposure (Preferred)

• Exposure to pharmaceutical business processes such as operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or compliance will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Python programming
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts
- Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
