Claim Manager Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Goods Received Note (GRN ) for all incoming shipments.

Verify received quantity against Purchase Order (PO), invoice, and delivery documents.

Check for shortage, excess quantity, damaged products, or wrong items at the time of receiving.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper inward entry and stock confirmation.

Ensure GRN is completed accurately and on time in the relevant system/ERP.

Maintain GRN records and supporting documents.

Share discrepancies with the Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics,



and Vendor teams for resolution.

Coordinate with vendors for shortages, damages, and other inward discrepancies.

Ensure unpacking/shortage videos and photographs are maintained wherever required for claims.

Reconcile GRN , invoice, and actual received quantity before forwarding for further processing.
