Civil Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to monitor and supervise construction and civil works at project sites in Indore.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising road construction, footpaths, public facilities, and other civil infrastructure works, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Monitor construction of roads, footpaths, drains, and other public facilities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily progress.
- Check measurements and workmanship at site.




- Identify and report site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site progress and work reports.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.

Requirements
- Experience in civil construction/site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of road, footpath, and general civil construction works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Positive site coordination and manpower management skills.
- Candidate should be based in Indore or willing to relocate to Indore.
- Candidates with experience in public infrastructure/civil works will be preferred.
