Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and theory-based training in Civil Engineering design and drafting software.

- Train students on CAD/BIM tools through hands-on projects and real-world applications.

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Guide students in completing industry-oriented civil design projects.

- Explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of knowledge.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Civil Engineering and BIM.

- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and student progress reports.

- Support students in developing job-ready technical and software skills.

- Participate in workshops, seminars, placement training, and other academic activities when required.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have knowledge of one or more of the following:

- AutoCAD

- Revit Architecture / Revit Structure

- Civil 3D

- STAAD.Pro

- ETABS

- SketchUp

- Navisworks

- BIM concepts and workflows

- 2D drafting and 3D modelling

- Structural and architectural drawing interpretation

- Quantity estimation and basic project documentation

Educational Qualification





- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Relevant industry certifications in CAD/BIM software will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 03 years of experience in Civil Engineering, CAD/BIM design, site engineering, or technical training.

- Freshers with strong software knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
