We are looking for an experienced Carpet Area Surveyor who can independently conduct detailed measurements of residential flats, apartments, shops, houses, offices and other internal spaces, and accurately convert the field measurements into complete, professional AutoCAD drawings.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with on-site measurement and AutoCAD drafting and should be able to take a project from physical measurement → data processing → CAD drafting → area calculation → final drawing with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

- Strong practical experience in building/internal surveying and measurement
- Excellent AutoCAD 2D drafting skills
- Ability to independently prepare a complete floor plan from site measurements
- Good understanding of carpet-area measurement
- Ability to accurately measure irregular rooms and spaces
- Robust understanding of dimensions, scale and architectural drawings
- Good attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with Total Station




- Experience with laser distance meters and other digital measuring equipment
- Experience in as-built surveys
- Experience in residential/commercial property measurement
- Knowledge of architectural/building plans
- Knowledge of Excel for area calculations and reports
- Experience in RERA/property measurement will be an advantage

- Technically strong in both surveying and AutoCAD
- Comfortable working independently at sites
- Very accurate with measurements
- Fast and systematic in converting field measurements into drawings
- Able to identify errors/inconsistencies in measurements
- Willing to travel to different project locations
- Capable of handling multiple survey assignments
- Detail-oriented and responsible for the final accuracy of the drawing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
