Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Structural Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Civil Structural

Designer will develop and review detailed civil and structural designs, drawings, and models for industrial and refinery-related projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities include preparing layout plans, steel structure designs, and foundation details, as well as coordinating with civil and structural engineers to validate design assumptions and calculations. The role involves revising designs based on engineering input, performing basic design checks,



and ensuring constructability and safety in all deliverables. The designer will collaborate with project managers and other disciplines to align design outputs with project schedules, support design documentation, and assist in resolving technical issues during construction.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to translate project requirements into accurate drawings and models.
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Steel Structures, including familiarity with relevant design codes and standards.
- Experience working on industrial projects, preferably including Refineries or similar heavy-industry environments.
- Hands-on experience with CAD and structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, Tekla, or equivalent) for modeling and detailing.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, capability to interpret engineering calculations, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international design codes and standards, and familiarity with construction practices and workflows.
