Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, measurements and workmanship.
- Manage contractors, labour and daily manpower.
- Plan daily work and ensure timely completion.
- Check material requirements, usage and wastage.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
- Check RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
- Take site measurements and verify contractor bills.
- Identify site issues and resolve/escalate them quickly.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and photographs.
- Track project progress against the schedule.
- Ensure basic site safety and proper PPE usage.
- Check and complete snag/pending works before handover.
- Take complete ownership of assigned site activities and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing reading, site execution, contractor management and quantity measurements.
