VACANCY – STORE EXECUTIVE

Project: Villa Construction Project

Location: Mokila, Hyderabad

Vacancy: 1 Position

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete construction-site store.
- Receive and inspect materials delivered to site.
- Maintain proper inward and outward material records.
- Issue materials to site teams against approved requests.
- Maintain stock registers and daily stock statements.
- Monitor cement, steel, aggregates, blocks, tiles, plumbing, electrical and finishing materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Maintain GRN/material receipt records.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the project team about requirements.
- Prevent material wastage, damage and unauthorized usage.




- Coordinate with purchase, accounts and site teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of all material movements.

Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 3–7 years of construction-site store experience.
- Building/villa project experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials.
- Positive Excel and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Should be disciplined and responsible in handling project materials.
