Role: Civil Site Engineer / Execution Engineer (T&D; - Transmission & Distribution) Project Scope: EHV 440 kV, 400 kV, and 765 kV Transmission Lines and Substations (AIS/GIS)
Core Objective: Ensure end-to-end execution of civil work in office matching strict structural load requirements, design drawings, safety standards, and project timeframes.
1. Key Responsibilities & DutiesSite Execution & Construction Supervision
Substation Civil Works: Supervise deep/shallow foundation casting for heavy EHV equipment like large Auto-Transformers, Reactors, Circuit Breakers, Current/Voltage Transformers (CT/CVT), and massive gantry tower structures. Transmission Line Works:
Oversee line route profiling, tower spotting, excavation, and massive RCC foundation/piling works for suspension and tension transmission towers.
Infrastructure Construction: Manage the construction of control room buildings, fire-fighting water sumps/tanks, oil-collection pits, deep cable trenches, boundary fencing, internal access roads, and storm-water drainage networks.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and implement complex structural, architectural, and layout civil drawings strictly without unauthorized deviations.
