About the RoleProcurInt is looking for a Civil Engineering Intern to work closely with our customer and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our construction technology platform during the trial period.
The role involves understanding day-to-day site/plant operations, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, training users, and working with the ProcurInt team to improve customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ProcurInt at the customer site.
- Ensure daily operational data is entered accurately and on time.
- Assist in setting up customer, material, supplier, vehicle and project data.
- Train and support customer staff in using ProcurInt.
- Monitor platform usage and identify gaps in adoption.
- Coordinate with the ProcurInt team to resolve operational and product issues.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly implementation and adoption reports.
- Ensure the customer gets maximum value from the 60-day trial.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Basic understanding of construction/site or plant operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using mobile and web applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Willingness to work at a customer site.
Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of BOQ and construction materials.
- Basic understanding of RMC, aggregates or crusher operations.
- Knowledge of construction project management.
- Previous internship/site experience.
