Job Opening for Civil Engineers:

Position Title: Civil Engineers

Department: Construction / Civil

Location: Mumbai [Maharashtra]: Mulund, Bhandup, Kanjur Marg, Vikhroli, Thane etc.

Desired Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, other or a related field.

Experience:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
- Proficiency in software design (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong project management and communication skills.

We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team!

Key responsibilities include:·

Project Planning & Design:

- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and construction schedules.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards.·

Construction Management:

- Supervise all in office civil works, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety.




- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues or technical problems that arise.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety protocols.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets and orders.
- Compile and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage all necessary permits and regulatory approvals.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
