Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a healthcare initiative created through a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with specialist medical expertise. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases in people who may not yet show symptoms.

By identifying conditions at an early stage, NURA aims to reduce health risks and improve treatment outcomes for individuals and communities. NURA currently operates screening centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, and continues to expand its presence in India’s preventive healthcare landscape.

Role Description The Civil Engineer role at NURA is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode. The role involves designing and reviewing civil engineering plans for healthcare facilities and screening centers, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

The Civil

Engineer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders on site planning, structural layouts, and utility requirements, including drainage and stormwater systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, supporting project planning and scheduling, monitoring construction progress,



and conducting site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of facility design to support efficient clinical workflows and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as Civil Engineers in building or infrastructure projects.
- Skills in Civil Engineering Design, including structural layouts, site development, and utility integration for healthcare or commercial facilities.
- Experience in Planning, such as project scheduling, resource coordination, and alignment with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage system design to ensure sustainable and compliant site development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects is an advantage.
