Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager / Supervisors to oversee and lead our interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to final handover. You will act as the key liaison between clients, architects, vendors, and site contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Handeling new projects and maintenance project/ jobs of Multi clients.

Capable of Handeing multi task technical queries and BOQ preparations for the job and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Planning: Create detailed project schedules, set clear milestones, and coordinate day-to-day site operations across residential, commercial, or retail projects.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Assign work, supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, carpenters, and specialized contractors, and resolve site clashes early.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), track material costs, manage variation orders, and flag budget variances to avoid cost overruns.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all Jobs-civil, carpentry, mech and MS finishes,



and architectural elements adhere strictly to approved 2D/3D design specifications and safety protocols.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Conduct site walks, provide regular status updates to management and clients, and manage design modifications dynamically.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- Experience: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or renovation project execution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in drafting and design tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUp).
- Proficiency in budgeting and tracking tools (MS Excel, ERP software).
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time completion rate against baseline schedules.
- Adherence to approved BOQ and project budgets.
- Client satisfaction scores and minimal post-handover snags.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
