1. Job Summary

Alexis Telecom Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction and infrastructure activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, quality control, measurements, and coordination with contractors and project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD design and drawings, civil construction practices, estimation, site supervision, and project execution.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
- Prepare, read, and interpret civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and structural details.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and measurements at the site.
- Prepare BOQ, material requirements, quantity estimates, and site measurement sheets.
- Monitor the usage and quality of construction materials.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or deviations.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project management team regarding work progress and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and company standards.
- Identify construction defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing project estimates, cost calculations, and work completion documentation.




- Travel to project sites as required.

1. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of civil drawings, layouts, plans, and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and measurements.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to supervise contractors and site workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

1. Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
- Telecom infrastructure and civil works
- Tower foundation and related civil construction
- RCC and structural works
- Site development and infrastructure projects
- Construction supervision and contractor management
- AutoCAD-based civil design and drafting
