We are looking for a B.Tech Civil Engineer to support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Trivandrum and other locations as required.
The candidate will be responsible for handling structural engineering coordination, preparation of drawings, site inspections, technical documentation and project execution support.
This is a field-oriented role. The candidate must be comfortable travelling to project sites regularly and should be willing to travel to other locations whenever project requirements demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and coordinate structural drawings for various projects.
- Prepare necessary drawings and technical documents for statutory submission and approval.
- Handle drawing preparation, revisions, corrections and uploading/submission through applicable portals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Visit project sites regularly to understand and document the current status of works.
- Verify site conditions and communicate discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Provide technical support to site supervisors and project teams.
- Review structural execution and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing measurements, material requirements, work schedules and technical reports.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, approvals and site progress.
- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support project management with technical inputs and progress updates.
- Travel to different project locations whenever required.
Candidate Profile Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience: Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, construction or project execution.
Freshers with strong technical capability and willingness to work at sites may also be considered.
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of structural engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand structural, architectural and related construction drawings.
- Ability to prepare and modify technical/structural drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
- Understanding of building construction, structural components and site execution.
- Ability to prepare drawings/documents for submission and online uploading.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare explicit site reports and progress updates.
- Basic knowledge of quantity/measurement and construction materials will be an advantage.
Most Important Requirement Willingness to travel is essential.

- Travelling within Trivandrum and other project locations.
- Staying at site/near project locations when required.
