Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Head for our Sales division. This role involves overseeing the sales operations within an assigned city, managing teams, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record in increasing sales and managing operational hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team success.
- Territory Management: Oversee sales activities within the designated territory. Optimize sales processes and resource allocation to maximize revenue.- Hub Management: Manage operations at the assigned yard or hub, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and enhance the customer experience.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.



Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales, with proven experience in team and territory management. Demonstrated success in increasing sales and managing operational hubs.
- Education: MBA preferred, with a strong background in business management and sales
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
