Work from Office: Monday to Friday

About the Role
This is an execution-focused role working directly with the CHRO. You will help drive key HR projects, follow up with stakeholders and ensure priorities are executed and closed on time.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the CHRO on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Drive solid follow-ups with stakeholders and CHRO reportees to ensure timely execution and closure.
- Create MIS, reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Analyse data and highlight key insights, gaps and action areas.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate across teams and proactively flag delays or roadblocks.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and drive them from start to finish.
