About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Chief Wellbeing Officer to lead our organisations employee wellbeing strategy. The role will focus on creating a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace while developing initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organisation’s employee wellbeing strategy.

- Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to embed wellbeing across the organisation.

- Design and oversee employee wellbeing and engagement programmes.

- Monitor employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Promote a healthy, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

- Develop initiatives focused on work-life balance, employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.





- Measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes and provide recommendations to senior management.

- Stay informed about emerging workplace wellbeing practices and trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Management or a related field.

- Proven experience in employee wellbeing, HR, people management or organisational development.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Solid understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture.

- Empathetic, approachable and people-oriented leadership style.
