ParkoMed Private Limited is a healthcare-technology startup developing a gamified, AI-powered medical learning platform designed to make pharmacology and clinical learning more interactive, engaging, and accessible.
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and development of ParkoMed.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Define and lead ParkoMed's overall technology strategy and product architecture.
- Oversee the development of mobile/web applications and backend systems.
- Lead and guide the technical/development team.
- Work closely with founders, UI/UX designers and medical/pharmacy content teams.
- Integrate AI/ML, LLM APIs, adaptive learning and gamification into the platform.
- Design secure, scalable and maintainable software architecture.
- Oversee code quality, testing, Git/GitHub, deployment and technical documentation.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, frameworks, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Contribute to product planning and major technical decisions.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development, product engineering or technology leadership.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying mobile or web applications.
- Proficiency in one or more technologies such as Flutter, React Native, React, Node.js, Python, Firebase or equivalent.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud services and software architecture.
- Experience with AI/LLM integration is highly desirable.
- Robust technical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage startup environment.
- Previous experience in startup/product development will be an advantage.
