About the CompanyFintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. is a growing fintech company operating in the digital lending business. We manage multiple lending platforms and landing pages for high-interest short-term loan products. Our business depends heavily on technology, automation, API integrations, data security, lead management, and scalable lending workflows.

We are looking for a strong CTO who can lead technology strategy, product development, integrations, infrastructure, security, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Technology LeadershipThe CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the complete technology roadmap of the company. The person should be able to manage in-house development, third-party vendors, infrastructure, security, and production systems.
- Lending Platform ManagementManage and improve digital lending platforms, including:

· Lead capture landing pages

· CRM and loan management system

· Customer journey automation

· Eligibility checks and BRE logic

· Disbursal and repayment workflows

· Customer communication through WhatsApp, SMS, email, IVR, etc.

- API IntegrationsThe candidate must have strong experience in managing multiple API integrations with service providers such as:

· PAN verification

· Aadhaar/eKYC

· CIBIL/CRIF/Equifax

· Account Aggregator

· Bank statement analysis

· Penny drop

· Payment gateways

· Disbursal APIs

· SMS/WhatsApp/email providers

· Dialer and calling systems

· DLT and communication platforms

- System ArchitectureDesign scalable, secure, and reliable systems using modern architecture such as:

· Microservices

· API gateway

· Centralized CRM

· Data lake / data warehouse

· Real-time reporting





· Queue-based processing

· High-availability infrastructure

· Disaster recovery and backup systems

- Team ManagementBuild and manage the technology team, including:

· Backend developers

· Frontend developers

· QA team

· DevOps / server team

· Database team

· Support team

· Product / business analysts The CTO should be able to define team KPIs, review performance, manage delivery timelines, and ensure accountability.

- Security & ComplianceEnsure strong security and compliance practices, including:

· Data encryption

· Role-based access control

· Server hardening

· API security

· Audit logs

· DPDP compliance

· Vendor security review

· Access control and offboarding process

· Regular vulnerability and health checks

- Business Support

Work closely with business, marketing, operations, credit, collection, and customer care teams to ensure technology supports business growth. The CTO should understand lending business workflows and should be able to convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Required Experience

· 12–18 years of overall technology experience

· Minimum 5+ years in a senior technology leadership role

· Experience in fintech, lending, NBFC, personal loan, payday loan, or digital financial services preferred

· Robust knowledge of API integrations and lending workflows

· Experience in building CRM, LMS, LOS, or loan journey systems

· Hands-on understanding of backend, database, cloud, security, and DevOps

· Experience managing production systems with high traffic and multiple business users
