Role Description The Chief Vibe Coder is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for shaping and sustaining Sylvara’s culture and day-to-day team experience. This role designs and facilitates rituals, events, and creative initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and psychological safety across the organization.

Coder listens actively to team feedback, translates insights into practical changes in workflows or communication norms, and partners with leadership to align culture with business goals. Daily tasks include organizing team touchpoints, refining internal communication practices, developing frameworks for recognition and appreciation, and ensuring new team members are welcomed into the culture effectively.



The person in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the workplace environment energizing, inclusive, and grounded in Sylvara’s values.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and facilitate engaging team rituals, events, and programs that foster connection and collaboration.
- Strong skills in communication, including active listening, clear writing, and empathetic one-on-one and group conversations.
- Experience in culture-building, community management, organizational development, or a related people-focused discipline.
- Demonstrated capacity to gather, interpret, and act on feedback from diverse team members in a fair and respectful manner.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-evolving environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple initiatives.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and to creating psychologically safe spaces for all colleagues.
- Prior experience in startups, creative industries, or high-collaboration environments is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in human resources, psychology, communications, or related fields is a plus, but equivalent experience is also valued.
