We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and drive the growth of a poultry business across production, operations, sales, and business development .

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the poultry industry
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of poultry production
- Experience in business expansion and strategic partnerships
- Strong industry network with hatcheries and poultry feed companies
- Knowledge of poultry health management and vaccination protocols
- Connections with poultry farm/shed construction companies
- Experience working with slaughtering and processing companies
- Strong sales network with hypermarkets, wholesalers, institutional buyers, or similar customers
- Strong understanding of poultry profitability, pricing, and margins
- Proven leadership and team-management experience

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead overall poultry business operations and production
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and day-to-day operations
- Build relationships with key poultry industry stakeholders
- Drive business expansion, sales growth, and profitability
- Develop strategic partnerships and current business opportunities
- Oversee poultry health, biosecurity, and vaccination practices
- Manage and develop operational teams
- Monitor production efficiency, costs, sales performance, and margins
