Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Colorplast will oversee day-to-day operations in the Printing and Packaging Vertical of Colorplast, ensuring effective production, service delivery, and process optimization across manufacturing and managed services. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves developing and implementing operational strategies, aligning business goals with operational plans, and driving performance improvements.

The COO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and support financial and growth objectives.

Responsibilities include monitoring key operational metrics,



managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards, and supporting strategic initiatives in the smart security and smart card domains.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience translating organizational vision into executable operational plans.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization, production oversight, and service delivery in a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, with experience managing P&L;, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in senior operations or executive roles, ideally within manufacturing, smart security, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as an MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
