About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Chief of Staff – Operations to work closely with the leadership team and drive operational efficiency across the organization. The role will primarily focus on supply chain operations, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, reporting, and execution of key business initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CEO/leadership team on operational planning, execution, and performance tracking .
- Monitor and coordinate supply chain operations , including procurement, inventory, order fulfilment, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify gaps, trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities .
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business presentations for leadership review.
- Coordinate with teams across procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, and other functions to ensure smooth execution.
- Track key operational KPIs, timelines, action items,



and business initiatives .
- Support process improvement and implementation of SOPs and operational controls .
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of critical operational issues.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making .

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a similar role.
- Must have hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and vendor management .
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets .
- Experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations .
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment .
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
