Keshava Elite Projects (KEP Labs) is looking for a CMO / Strategic Growth Partner to join us in building and scaling an Indian DeepTech product company .

This is not a traditional CMO position .

We are looking for a senior entrepreneurial leader who can bring Strategic Capital + Industry Network + Business & GTM Expertise and work closely with the founding team to build the company's next stage of growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strategic Capital

Ability and willingness to make a meaningful strategic investment in the company's growth.

Industry Network

Solid relationships across technology, education, engineering, manufacturing, enterprise, investors, or strategic partners.

Business & GTM Expertise

Ability to build go-to-market strategy, identify markets, create partnerships, develop sales channels, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and execute KEP Labs' overall marketing and GTM strategy
- Build KLS and KEP Labs' market positioning
- Develop institutional, enterprise, and strategic partnerships
- Build scalable customer acquisition channels
- Lead brand, content, and digital marketing strategy
- Develop sales and marketing systems
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with industry leaders
- Support fundraising and investor relationships
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on business strategy
- Build and lead the future Marketing & Growth team
- Drive national and international market expansion
