Role Summary

You will join Arvind Limited — Amazon Textiles, Processing as Chief Manager- Dyeing, based in Ahmedabad, and take independent ownership of dyeing operations within the processing function. You will drive day-to-day production execution, quality consistency, process control, and coordination across linked processing activities to support on-time delivery and business targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, improve dyeing performance, and strengthen standard work in the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Own dyeing operations within the processing department and ensure execution aligns with production plans and quality requirements.
- Monitor dyeing parameters, process controls, and batch performance to maintain consistency in shade, output, and rework reduction.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance,



and planning teams to support smooth material flow and timely issue resolution.
- Review process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve yield and operational stability.
- Track daily production performance, highlight risks, and support actions to meet delivery, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure adherence to defined operating procedures, safety practices, and compliance requirements in the dyeing area.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variation, improve resource utilization, and strengthen execution discipline.
- Support team guidance, on-floor coordination, and capability building to sustain reliable dyeing operations.
