PRIOR REAL ESTATE LAW KNOWLEDGE IS PREFFERED

Roles and Responsibilities

- Draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to real estate transactions.

- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and property laws.

- Manage legal operations, including litigation matters and non-litigation issues.

- Oversee all aspects of legal management within the organization.

- Provide expert advice on drafting agreements, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in a similar role or industry (real estate).

- LLM degree from a recognized university (other specialization preferred).

- Robust knowledge of drafting agreements, legal documentation, legal operations, legal management, legal compliance, property laws, RERA regulations.
