Research Department – College Circle AI

Position Overview The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) is responsible for building one of College Circle AI's long-term competitive advantages: a learning-first organization.

The objective is not simply to assign work but to ensure that every team member grows while contributing. Every task should become an opportunity to acquire recent skills, deepen knowledge, and improve problem-solving abilities.

The CLO operates within the Research Department and leads the Learning Research Unit, working closely with the Research Team to understand how people learn, how learning translates into better execution, and how this can become part of College Circle AI's culture.

The role manages a team of 6 members (including the CLO).
