Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and manage financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and advising leadership on financial risks and opportunities. The CFO will collaborate with other senior leaders on strategic initiatives, optimize financial processes,



and guide the finance team to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and long-term financial strategy.
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and related documentation.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing finance professionals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and external partners.
- Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting software.
